ANNUAL MEETING - January 29

CALL TO THE CONGREGATIONAL MEETING

 

             The session calls the Annual Meeting of the Congregation of Graystone Presbyterian Church for January 29, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the Church Gathering Place. The purposes of the meeting are to hear reports from the pastor and session, including plans for the future; receive reports from church  staff, Endowment Fund trustees, other Church boards and the Church Treasurer; elect elders, deacons, Endowment Fund trustees and congregational members of the Nominating Committee;  receive the 2012 Budget for information; review the adequacy of compensation for the Pastor and approve the proposed terms of call for the Pastor; and transact other business as appropriate.

A congregational dinner will precede the Annual Meeting at 5:00 p.m.  Meat, rolls and beverage will be provided.  Bring a dish to share and your own table settings.  Call the church office to RSVP or sign up below.

At Stone Youth Ministry, caring adults join with teens in 7-12 grade to share the love of Christ through Discipling and Mentoring relationships.
