The Reverend Rick Hurley Pastor/Head of Staff

Pastor Hurley, his wife Beth and their five daughters; Rebecca, Rachel, Emily Elise, and Jessica, came to Graystone in the summer of 2000 from West Lafayette, Indiana where Rick served as Associate Pastor at Covenant Presbyterian Church for 12 years.  In addition Rick served in campus ministry with The Navigators at Penn State, West Chester State University, Pusan South Korea, Virginia Tech and later at Menlo Park (CA) Presbyterian Church as an intern.  Rick’s greatest joys are his family and seeing people come alive through faith in Jesus Christ.  Currently Rick and Beth enjoy x- biking at the Y, watching any and as many athletic events his girls participate in, and travel.

 

 Along with his Pastoral duties, Pastor Hurley serves on The Council Of Advisors for University of Dubuque Theological Seminary, is a member of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, vice-president of the Indiana Endowment, and serves on the Personnel Committee of the Synod of the Trinity.  Pastor Hurley has an MDiv degree from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary  Rick has a passion for the scripture, developing godly families, equipping disciples and sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ through the Church to as many people as possible through as many means as possible. Rick has adeep belief that only in Jesus Christ is there “fullness of life.”

 

The Reverend Jeff Denlinger Associate Pastor for Compassion Ministry and Outreach

Jeff came to Graystone in 2002 from the Philadelphia area.  His wife, Tracee and he have three children and enjoy spending time together over coffee and keeping up with their kids.  Jeff is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Westminster Theological Seminary and works with adult discipleship, mission, and compassion ministries.

 Shari had been apart of Graystone Church now for some time helping and using her gifts in Children's Ministries. She is encharge of Summer's Best Two Weeks which is one of our youth summer programs that we offer.

Adam Strawcutter Campus Intern

Adam Strawcutter
Adam was born and raised in Indiana, Pennsylvania. He enjoys worship and all aspects of it. He leads the Youth Praise Band and Randsomed Worship. He is apart of the Sundy Worship Team, and volunteers his time working with the Youth Program. Adam is currently a student at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He plans to graduate with a degree in Communications Media, and continue to further his education through Seminary for worship.  You can always find him enjoying a good cup of joe at the local Common Place Coffee shop.

Becky Alter Administrative Director

Becky Alter is our Administrative Director. With a smile always on her face she is a great addition to our staff here at Graystone. Equipped in the latest administrative technology Becky performs her tasks with ease. Becky is very involved in her son's football and baseball programs at their local school and loves to see him play his heart out.

Connie Bothell Ministry Secretary

Connie has been involved and employeed with Graystone for eleven years. She graduated from Cambria-Rowe Business College in 1996. She devotes her time to serving God through her administrative duties. She and her husband, Chad reside near Clymer, Pennsylvania with their two children, McKenna and Silas.
